Absolutely adorable 7” Kestner doll marked 143. This tiny bit of delight has  brown sleep eyes, open mouth with 4 tiny, tiny teeth. She has straight arms and jointed knees. Truly a beautiful girl. Her hair is a reddish brown with bangs in front of her.
She wears antique underwear including pantaloons and half slip under a delicate cream cotton dress and to die for bonnet.
