Dress has fetching pleats around the bottom of the otherwise simply designed dress which provides all the necessary pop to make the dress exceptional.  Pleats have Maroon accents which can also be found at the neckline and on cuffs.  Dress is unlined. So elegant. 
Dress measures 13" long with a 12" waist and 5 1/2" sleeves.
